Privacy Policy

Last updated May 3, 2026

Bliss Street Coffee (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates blissstreetcoffee.com(the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or request a booking, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Booking inquiries. When you book a consultation or email us, we receive the information you provide, typically your name, email address, event date, and any details you share about the event.
  • Scheduling data. Our consultation booking is hosted by Cal.com. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email, chosen time, and any notes you submit, and shares that information with us. See Cal.com’s privacy policy.
  • Email delivery. Inquiry emails are routed through Resend, our transactional email provider. Resend processes your email address to deliver messages to us. See Resend’s privacy policy.
  • Hosting + basic analytics. The Site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel collects standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths) for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers or sell visitor data.

How we use it

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and confirm bookings.
  • To send invoices and event details for confirmed bookings (via Square).
  • To maintain and secure the Site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask to be added to a list.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that help us run the business:

  • Cal.com: consultation scheduling.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel: Site hosting.
  • Square: invoicing and payment processing for confirmed bookings.
  • Google: our business email (Gmail).

Cookies

The Site itself does not set tracking cookies. Embedded tools (e.g., the Cal.com booking widget) may set their own cookies; consult their policies for details.

Your choices

You can request that we delete the inquiry information you sent us by emailing BlissStreetCoffee@gmail.com. We’ll honor reasonable requests subject to our record-keeping obligations.

Children

The Site is intended for adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on this page before taking effect.
