Booking Terms

These terms govern bookings of Bliss Street Coffee’s mobile espresso bar service. Submitting a booking inquiry or signing a booking confirmation means you agree to the terms below.

Booking & confirmation

1. Inquiries are received via this Site, email, or phone.
2. We’ll confirm availability and send a written quote with the package, headcount, hours of service, and location.
3. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing and the deposit (below) is paid.

Deposit & payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total is required to hold your date.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.
• Payment is processed via Square Invoices. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Cancellations & rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: the deposit is forfeited; any other amounts paid are refunded in full.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the total is forfeited.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: the full balance is forfeited.
• Rescheduling: we’ll do our best to accommodate one date change at no charge if requested at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.

Travel

• No travel fee within 25 miles of Rochester Hills, MI.
• Beyond that, travel is billed at $1.50 per round-trip mile.
• For events more than 60 miles away, lodging and a per-day fee may be quoted in advance.

Setup & space requirements

• We require a flat 8′ × 8′ setup area, ideally indoors or under cover.
• One standard 110V outlet within 25 feet of setup.
• Setup takes ~45 minutes; teardown ~30 minutes. Both are included in your package and not counted toward service hours.

Weather

For outdoor events, the host is responsible for providing cover (tent, canopy, or similar) in case of rain, snow, or heat advisory. We reserve the right to suspend service if weather poses a safety risk to staff or equipment.

Force majeure

If an event must be cancelled for reasons beyond either party’s control (severe weather, illness, government order, etc.), we’ll credit the deposit toward a future booking within 12 months at no additional charge.

Liability

Bliss Street Coffee carries general liability insurance and follows safe food handling standards. We are not responsible for guest allergies or sensitivities; please share any dietary considerations in advance.

Photography

We may photograph the bar setup and finished drinks for our portfolio and social media. Guest faces will not be featured without permission. Let us know in advance if you’d prefer we not photograph at all.
